Jennifer Brummund
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Jennifer Brummund is vice president of Human Resources and chief human resources officer for Raytheon, a business of RTX that specializes in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions. In this role she is responsible for recruitment, retention and professional development for the 57,000-employee business.
Prior to being named to this position, Brummund served as the chief human resources officer and vice president of Human Resources for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. Before that, she served as HR vice president for the Power & Controls strategic business unit of Collins Aerospace, another business of Raytheon Technologies. Throughout her time with the company, she has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as HR executive director for Operations and Global Supply Chain Management, supporting Engineering as an HR partner, and leading organizational effectiveness.
Before her tenure at Raytheon Technologies, Brummund was director of Organizational Development and Learning at Honeywell Aerospace, where she was responsible for organizational effectiveness, strategic planning and talent development for the Engineering and Technical Support function. She also held positions of leadership in human resources, organizational effectiveness and talent development at Bell Helicopter, American Airlines and Union Pacific Railroad, respectively.
Brummund earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska, Kearney, and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
