Paolo Dal Cin leads the RTX Operations & Supply Chain team as well as Global Security Services, Environment, Health & Safety and Quality.

Dal Cin brings more than 30 years of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing experience to his current position. Most recently, he served as head of Operations & Quality at Collins Aerospace and vice president of Operations & Supply Chain for UTC Aerospace Systems.

Before the merger with Raytheon Company in 2020, Dal Cin held a variety of executive leadership positions at UTC, including vice president of Operations & Supply Chain for Hamilton Sundstrand, the Aircraft Systems segment of UTC Aerospace Systems and Collins Aerospace. He was also the vice president of Module Centers and Manufacturing for Pratt & Whitney. Prior to joining Hamilton Sundstrand, Dal Cin spent 16 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Engineering and Operations roles.

Dal Cin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto.
