RTX supplier code of conduct
RTX Supply Chain is pleased to introduce enhancements to RTX.com/Suppliers. The updated website offers a more intuitive, modern and user-friendly experience, making it easier for suppliers to find essential documents, tools and support resources.
The redesigned website features:
- Streamlined navigation and clearer organization of resources
- A new Supplier Announcements page for important updates and compliance notices
- Standardized supplier pages across all RTX businesses, including supplier portals, additional supplier resources and supplier help & support
- Quick links on each supplier page for rapid access to frequently used and page-specific materials
Key content updates:
As part of this refresh, some content has been reorganized to improve clarity and usability:
- Legacy United Technologies Purchase Terms & Conditions and Raytheon historical Terms and Conditions can be found on the RTX Purchase Terms & Conditions page.
- The Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace Supplier Quality Requirement Documents page has been renamed Supplier Quality Requirements to represent all Business requirements.
Our commitment
This modernization supports faster onboarding, more consistent access to documents and reduced time spent searching for requirements. RTX will continue refining the site based on supplier feedback and emerging needs to ensure it remains an accessible, reliable, user-focused tool.
