gender parity in leadership positions by 2030
Our people are the key to our long-term success. No matter how transformative our technologies are today, our company’s future success depends on our ability to engage, retain and develop the best and brightest minds in the aerospace and defense industry.
We are building, recruiting, developing, and advancing female innovators and leaders. We know that when we bring together people of different backgrounds and experiences, we benefit from broad perspectives, creative problem-solving styles and better decisions.
Our efforts to build the next generation of innovators extends beyond our company. We invest and partner with organizations that bring high quality STEM programs — both locally and globally — in an effort to build the future pipeline of STEM talent.

Participants gain paid, on-the-job experience and have an opportunity to network with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions, participants will be eligible for a career at RTX.
